|Recommended: YesNice Apartment, If You Can Afford It — This is certainly one a very nice apartment complex. The landscaping is nice although the sound of landscapers with their power tools at 8 30 a.m. is a little too much . Sure, it's close to the train tracks, but the sound of the train is kind of soothing. It's an expensive place to live, but more affordable than a lot of comparable places in the North Bay.

Thank you for the feed back. I understand that landscaping equipment could cause distance early mornings however City of Petaluma municipal code regulates that noise generated activities are limited to Monday to Friday (7 AM-10 PM ) and weekends & holidays (9 AM-10 PM).

|Recommended: YesClean. — While building maintenance is good and grounds are kept manicured, some tenants don't realize this complex was built when soundproofing was not a priority. Upstairs tenants' movements can be heard, even when footsteps are light. Floorboards creak and groan with each footstep. Opening and closing slider doors is noisy running water and running fan vents can be heard in the walls. Some tenants don't honor being quiet after 10 p.m.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — This is the quietest best-kept complex I have lived in since I've moved to Petaluma.
|Recommended: YesNoise Issue — The walls are way too thin to the point you can hear word to word conversations of your neighbors and if there is work being done on the second floor it is impossible to avoid the noise.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately this is an older building,built in 1984. Although the sounds seals are installed to absorb some of the noise from the upper floor/unit. The buildings are not entirely sound proof.
The work done in the upper floor are permissible during the operation hours which is between 8 am-5 pm.

That is a project in progress and those are mock paint. The exterior painting of the buildings are scheduled for next summer of 2019. Unfortunately the mock paints will be on the building exteriors till the paint color is selected.

|Recommended: NoGreat Place To Live — Is a great place to live. Very quiet and super safe. It also has a great administration, the maintain the grounds in perfect condition and everything functions very well.
